Vedanta Retreats

"The wind of God's grace is incessantly blowing. Lazy sailors on the sea of life do not take advantage of it. But the active and the strong always keep the sails of their minds unfurled to catch the favourable wind and thus reach their destination very soon."

~ Sri Ramakrishna ~

The Centre conducts regular one-day Vedanta Retreats at its Headquarters and half-day Retreats at some of its sub-centres and satsang groups. These programmes are structured for the personal and collective spiritual development of individuals. Spiritual practices and values like silent meditation, japa, prayer, purity, selfless service, etc. are promoted. Special attention is paid to the development of family values. These Retreats are meant for those who are serious about spiritual life.

Below is a preliminary listing of Vedanta Retreats scheduled for 2008. Please note that these are subject to change.
