Karate classes are conducted on Saturday mornings (8:00 - 9:15 a.m.) at the Centre. Apart from self-defence, the classes aim at instilling discipline, self-confidence and non-aggression in the students. The classes are held under the supervision of Sensei Roy Soodhoo (Black Belt, 6th Dan), Director of the Budo Ryu Karate Institute of South Africa (Zenuki). All instructors are experienced teachers with Black Belts in Karate. Classes are conducted free of charged.
